If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the site, utilizing, or resourcing any contacts or materials  received by you from eZWay Network. The materials and service strategies contained in this Website are protected by Copyright and Trademark Law. eZWay Broadcasting, Inc., is a California Corporation and ‘eZWay’, ‘eZWay Network’, and ‘eZWay Broadcasting’ are Internationally Trademarked Brand Names. if you do not agree with these terms of service,
you may not utilize, post, or use our Trademarked Name in any written material without our express permission. These terms of service apply to not only our website but all services that go alongside this website.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the eZWay Network Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This a limited license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: Modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse-engineer any software contained on eZWay Network’s Website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.  eZWay Network may terminate this relationship upon violation(s) of any of these use restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing rights to eZWay Network dashboard and site materials will also be terminated. You should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or in electronic format.
3. Disclaimer
All the materials on eZWay Network ’s Website are provided “as is” and without warranty, as tech services depend on many the lord party applications that are continually updating and may sometimes have glitches or outrages that are beyond our control. eZWay Network makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, and therefore negates and and all other warranties. Furthermore, eZWay Network does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.
eZWay Network (Service Provider) is providing promotional work, brand awareness, and lead generation. It is the sole responsibility of the client to follow-up with leads and to close sales. eZWay Network does not promise or guarantee the result of any promotions other than placing such advertisements in front of and to the attention of viable prospects that will lead to interest, collaboration, and possible sales, depending on the skill level, funnel strategy, and lead retention systems of the client. eZWay Network reserves the right to use and promote the client’s likeness and brand how we see fit as it pertains to the promotions of the brand during the course of the campaign. Client may give guidelines in which the Service Provider may advertise and display Clients’ brand.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, as work cannot be returned once services are rendered. Since work of this magnitude is planned and a team effort, many times involving a private network of multiple organizations and service providers, cancellations must be thirty days in advance and in writing, to allow time for the service team and third-party providers to cancel upcoming tasks and to compensate for planning, research, and development work that may already be in progress. eZWay Network does not offer cash refunds. Credit will be applied for any services canceled 30 days before commencement of work, as long as such cancellation is in writing. Client relinquishes the right to chargeback for any service performed, as such services are custom and utilize human labor, which cannot be re-compensated. Any effort to chargeback services will be subject to a $1,000 fee per occurrence, as such instances require research, development, and legal consultation to prepare chargeback documents and engage with banks. Client agrees that all issues or discrepancies will be handled by mediation of the parties in an agreed-upon venue or communication platform, where a fair win-win result can be achieved.
Any eZWay Upgraded Membership is a One (1) Year Annual Commitment. Because it is an artist or brand development program. If the client decides to cancel before the One Year then there will be a cancellation fee of $1000.00. Client will need to cancel their eZWay Network Account before cancelling billing. Client recognize that by doing so they will lose all of their friends, followers, IMDB credits, Google posts and rankings eZWay’s platform has provided for client. After One (1) Year the client may decide if they want to renew or not.
If a client is more than 7 days late on their balance, a $29.99 late fee will be added to the account. After 30 days of non-payment, eZWay Network may send client’s balance and invoices to our collections company.
Membership conduct:
All members must treat each other with the utmost respect and appreciation of one another. We do not tolerate any defamation towards eZWay Network or its members. Defamation is grounds for immediate dismissal from our eZWay Network and eZWay Family and in some cases will be followed up with legal action. You will be removed from all eZWay access and platforms.

Any attempt to cancel services will violate these terms and services and will no longer be offered at the bundled discount rate per membership. Services will be charged separately and prices will differ per service.
Chargeback Fees: When you cancel a service contract, you are then subject to the open retail rate(s) for services rendered; the contract discount(s) no longer apply. You are no longer receiving the bundled prices via eZWay Platinum Membership or any other custom agreements. Please note that if this invoice is not paid within 30 days it will be sent to collections.
If a member violates any of our rules or regulations. Members can have their account removed which means anything the account profile provides will be removed as well.

Billing Policy
User agrees and gives full permission to eZWay Network to run their card upon activating their account.
All monthly service plans provided by eZWay Network are considered a recurring monthly courtesy. Our services are a One-Year Commitment-Based Program. Upfront fees for one-time development services are specified as such on the invoice sent.
Customer agrees at time of purchase to authorize charges both at the time of purchase and recurring monthly auto-billing for all subscription plans. All subscription plans require a payment method to be saved on file for monthly billing.
All sales are non-refundable after commencing, development and/or deployment, including promotional services, and/or access to the eZWay Network Platform Upgraded features that have been provided. Upfront development services are non-refundable after development has commenced.
4. D
In the event of a client requesting to downgrade their plan, the request must be must be made thirty (30) days in advance. Due to ongoing promotions, we will cancel your account at the end of the next monthly billing cycle upon 30 days advanced written notice. Your current plan will be billed until the next billing cycle, when the plan and its pricing will change to the downgraded plan and services.
After a Client is 14 Days Late, eZWay Network reserves the right to send client’s invoices to collections for payment processing.
4. Limitations
eZWay Network or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on eZWay Network’s Website, even if eZWay Network or an authorized representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Revisions and Errors
The materials appearing on eZWay Network’s Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. eZWay Network will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. eZWay Network may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice. eZWay Network does not make any commitment to update the materials.

eZWay Network has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by eZWay Network of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.
